Browse the collection, choose your size and fit, and check out securely online. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it's dispatched, but can't guarantee changes once it's on its way.
How do I know which size to order?
Check our Size Guide for full measurement charts across suits, shirts, trousers and shoes. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.
What's the difference between Slim, Tailored and Regular fits?
Slim sits closest to the body, Tailored offers a balanced, structured cut, and Regular gives the most room through the chest and waist. All three share the same length options.
What is made-to-measure?
Our made-to-measure service adjusts a suit pattern to your exact measurements, so it fits you rather than a standard size. Visit our Made-to-Measure page for details on how it works.
How long does made-to-measure take?
Made-to-measure pieces typically take 2–3 weeks from confirming your measurements to delivery, depending on fabric availability.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on orders over £75 (£3.95 under that), with express and international options also available. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.
What's your returns policy?
You can return unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Made-to-measure and altered items can only be returned if faulty.
