Shipping policy

We use Royal Mail tracked and DPD Next day services as UK standard.
All UK Express next day and Saturday deliveries placed before 1PM will be posted the same a day.
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, we do not dispatch goods on weekends or bank/UK national holidays.

UK Mainland

  • Free delivery on ALL UK orders over £100 - up to 3 working days (on orders placed before 1pm - excludes weekends & Bank Holidays)
  • Standard Delivery on all orders under £100 - up to 3 working days (on orders placed before 1pm - excludes weekends & Bank Holidays) - £4.49
  • Next Working Day Delivery on all orders (on orders placed before 1pm - excludes weekends & Bank Holidays) - £5.99
  • Saturday delivery before 10.30am (on orders placed before 1pm Friday - excludes Bank Holidays) - £14.99

Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles)

  • Standard 2-3 working days delivery on all orders £100 or over (on orders placed before 1pm) - £9.99
  • Standard 2-3 working days delivery on all orders under £100 (on orders placed before 1pm) - £14.99

Europe

  • Standard 2-7 working days delivery on all orders £100 or over (on orders placed before 1pm) - £19.99
  • Standard 2-7 working days delivery on all orders under £100 (on orders placed before 1pm) - £29.99

Rest of the World

  • Standard 3-7 working days delivery on all orders £100 or over (on orders placed before 1pm) - £29.99
  • Standard 3-7 working days delivery on all orders under £100 (on orders placed before 1pm) - £39.99

Please note that all overseas customers are responsible for paying all customs and import duty charges and are also responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.

Refund policy

If for any reason you wish to return your unworn products, please follow the instructions detailed below. Please note that all items must be returned to Master Debonair at the below address within 28 days of delivery in the original packaging and unworn.

We'll refund you no later than 14 days of receiving your order back to us. The refund will only include the cost of postage where an entire order is cancelled, please see the section below for full details.

Inside the UK

  • Returned items must be received back to Master Debonair within 28 days of receiving delivery of your order, you can return item(s) by post or instore.
  • If you are returning by post first email customerservice@masterdebonair.com quoting your order number and include whether you need an exchange or refund with details of any items requested in exchange
  • Then send your item(s) to the following address:

  • When returning by post include a note with your order number and instructions for exchange or refund. Please not postage costs for the return of the item(s) are not covered by Master Debonair.
  • We recommend emailing customerservice@masterdebonair.com to confirm tracking number of the returned parcel so we can track your return.
  • Where you are exchanging an item for an alternative size Master Debonair will cover the additional outgoing standard delivery charge.
  • Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund.
  • Refunds are processed up to 14 days once your return is received.

Returning items from outside of the UK

  • We advise to send items back via a guaranteed delivery service, that allows you to track and record your delivery.
  • Please obtain proof of postage and label and declare your parcel ‘BRITISH RETURNED GOODS’ as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us or goods held for additional payment from customs.
  • Please note that any customs charges incurred are your responsibility as the sender of the return.
  • Please state your order number and whether an exchange or refund is required along with the reason for the exchange/refund to the following address:

Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel a full order please state this in your return request. Your total refund will include the cost of the product and the cost of standard delivery only, if you opted for enhanced delivery i.e. next day delivery or Saturday delivery you will only recieve the price of standard delivery back as part of your refund.
